Membership

Natural persons and legal entities may become members of the Austrian Economic Association. For details about rights and obligations, see the Statuten (in german).

The membership fee is currently EUR 55 per calendar year. If the fee is paid in advance for three or five years, it amounts to EUR 150 (3 years) or EUR 235 (5 years). Please select the amount according to your preferred payment option: 

• EUR 55 für 1 Jahr (Period: 2025) 

• EUR 150 für 3 Jahre (Period: 2025-2027) 

• EUR 235 für 5 Jahre (Period: 2025-2029)

Termination of Membership

You membership can only be terminated on December 31 of each year by notifying the Executive Board in writing at least three months in advance. If notification is delayed, it takes effect on the next resignation date. The date of posting is decisive for determining whether notification has been made in good time.
